BoJack Horseman 1×01 Review

After six seasons, Netflix’s hit original show, BoJack Horseman has ended and I haven’t seen anything more than a few clips from this show. Now, make no mistake, this was completely intentional. I wasn’t living under a rock with no Internet for six whole years. I was actively avoiding this supposedly depressing rollercoster of emotions, mental illness, existentialism, etc. starring an absolute train wreck of a person, so I didn’t accidentally spiral into a depressive epsiode. But with the show having ended, I guess I can steel myself and finally watch this show that no one will shut up about.

Bambi Review

Bambi is an adaptation of the much darker book, Bambi, a Life in the Woods by Felix Salten. How much darker? It’s not grimdark or anything, just a far more realistic take on the survival rate of woodland animals than a movie aimed at young children would ever attempt in the U.S.. Oh, and has the titular main character realize that in order to live a long life, he must live alone. Make of that what you will.
